Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Medvyx subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the program through the remainder of your paid period.

2. Refund Eligibility

Medvyx offers refunds under the following conditions:

  • Not approved by a physician: If your medical intake is reviewed and you are not approved for the program, you will receive a full refund of any subscription charges.
  • Medication not shipped: If your medication has not yet been dispensed or shipped, you may request a full refund.
  • Defective or incorrect medication: If you receive incorrect or damaged medication, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Medication that has already been dispensed and shipped
  • Subscription fees for periods that have already been used
  • Doctor consultation fees after the consultation has occurred

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@medvyx.com or through the in-app messaging system. Include your account email and the reason for your request. Refund requests are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing concerns promptly and fairly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.

6. Changes to This Policy

Medvyx reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
